QUALIFICATIONS: Senior Army Instructors are retired Captains (03) to Colonel (06) and are required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution; permanently retired from the Army; served last year of active duty as an officer; retired less than 3 years (may be waived in exceptional cases); meet Army JROTC height/weight/body fat standards, high standards of military bearing, appearance and moral character. If still on active duty must be within 12 months of retirement with retirement orders.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED IN A PACKAGE CONTAINING A LETTER OF INTENT, A RESUME` TWO (2) RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR; WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURES) LETTERS OF PROFESSIONAL REFERENCE, AND PROOF OF CERTIFICATION AND/OR LETTER OF ELIGIBILITY WILL BE CONSIDERED.
