QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. degree in communication or a related field, M.A. degree preferred. Three to five years of full-time news and/or public relations experience (preferably both). Knowledge of the school system and community.  Evidence of excellent writing and public speaking skills. Evidence of successful solicitation of grants.
