QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school with at least three years experience as a bookkeeper in a large business or public agency. Ability to exercise judgment in making decisions in accordance with policies and practices of the department. Ability to perform and understand analytical operations and financial calculations and work under the pressure of deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
