ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS:  Graduation from an accredited

college or university with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree,

with a minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in

physical plant supervision and/or physical plant engineering

work.  Ten (10) years of practical experience in physical

plant supervision and/or physical plant engineering work

may be used in lieu of a degree and experience.  Must have

extensive knowledge of principles and practices of physical

plant operations and repairs.  Must have demonstrated

superior ability in the areas of personnel management and

planning, organizing and administering a fully developed

physical plant program.

LETTER OF INTENT WITHOUT RESUME AND TWO (2) RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR; WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURES) LETTERS OF PROFESSIONAL REFERENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
